Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend / The Executive Committee of the Azerbaijan National Olympic Committee conferred its first Olimpiya Order upon the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev for his contribution to developing the Olympic movement and sports in the country. The order was presented to the President on 27 December at a special event to discuss results of the National Olympic Committee`s activities in 2007 and to award athletes, coaches and sports experts.
