Azerbaijan, Baku, 24 January / Trend corr. G.Jabiyev / The Association for Civil Society Development of Azerbaijan will hold an exit-poll in the upcoming presidential elections in Azerbaijan which will be held in Azerbaijan on 15 October 2008.
The Association held the exit-poll during the municipal elections in 2004 and parliamentary elections in 2005. The measures, which will be taken by the Association on the threshold of the presidential elections, were discussed during the meeting of Maharram Zulfugar, the head of the Association, with Julian Markard-Narten, OSCE official, in OSCE Baku office on 24 January.
Zulfugar familiarized OSCE representatives with a plan of action of the election headquarters directed to inform the public on the upcoming presidential elections.
Markard-Narten declared his readiness to cooperate with the election headquarters of the Association.
