Azerbaijani-Russian Political Consultations Take Place in Moscow
Azerbaijan, Baku, 28 January /corr. Trend S.Agayeva / Political consultations commenced in Moscow between Azerbaijan and Russia on 28 January. The consultations are being headed by the Deputy Foreign Ministers of the two countries. Azerbaijan is being represented by Khalaf Khalafov, the Press Secretary of Azerbaijan's Foreign Ministry, Khazar Ibrahim, said to a news conference on 28 January.
The consultations are being held with regards to actual issues of bilateral cooperation. The sides are exchanging views on determination of the Caspian's legal status, protection of borders, etc. On 29 January talks will take place within the State Committee on Delimitation and Demarcation of Azerbaijani-Russian Borders.
