Azerbaijan, Baku, 31 March / Trend corr. K.Ramazanova / On 4 April the European Union will publicise its first report on rates of integration of Azerbaijan to Europe, Alan Vadams, a new Ambassador of European Commission to Azerbaijan, stated in Baku on 31 March.
Azerbaijan and EU approved the Plan of Action within the framework of the European Neighbourhood Policy, which envisages reforms in Azerbaijan, at the end of 2007. EU allocated $92mln to the country.
Azerbaijan and EU signed a Memorandum regarding energy sphere.
