Azerbaijan, Baku, 31 March / Trend / The President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has extended his condolences to the family of the outstanding state, public and political figure, organizer of the oil industry of Azerbaijan and Russia Nikolay Baybakov who passed away.
The President noted that "Baybakov had a special personality with high civil properties, perfect professionalism, an endless love for work, determination and fidelity". Because of these qualities, Baybakov will remain in the memories of the people he said.
