Azerbaijan, baku, 16 April / Trend corr. S.Ilhamgizi / The meeting of the Social Democratic party of Azerbaijan (CDPA), which was initially scheduled for May, has been postponed.
"The meeting was postponed because the regional conferences of the party would not finish till May," Araz Alizade, CDPA co-chairman, stated Trend .
The meeting may be held ant time during the summer.
"The meeting will be held before the presidential elections," Alizade stated. The decision to nominate a candidate from the party will also be made during the meeting.
Alizade and Ayaz Mutallibov are co-chairmen of CDPA.
