Azerbaijan, Baku, 15 May / Trend / Elmar Mamadyarov, the Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan, received Grigori Karasin, Russian Federation Deputy Foreign Minister.
They exchanged views on the most essential issues in the meeting. The sides stated about a need to upgrade the agreement legal basis and to sign several documents during the visits of high ranking state officials, as well as to intensify the cooperation amongst diplomatic academies and other spheres.
