Azerbaijan, Baku, 24 June /corr. M.Aliyev/ Nearly 30 delegates signed the document being devised by the member of the Azerbaijani delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), the author of document, Ganira Pashayeva said on 24 June.
The document on increasing role of women in intercultural and inter-civilization dialogue, which was prepared by the member of the Azerbaijani delegation to the PACE, Ganira Pashayeva, was positively assessed in PACE on 24 June.
Pashayeva said that during discussions on topic 'Strengthening independence of women in multicultural and contemporary community' on 24 June at the plenary session of the PACE, the British MP Gumfrai Malins set an example of the works done in Azerbaijan in this regard and said that Azerbaijan plays a great role in the inter-civilization dialogue.
International Forum 'Increasing role of women in intercultural and inter-civilization dialogue' was held in Baku on 10 June.
