Azerbaijan, Baku, 15 September/ Trend , R. Novruzov/ Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Elmar Mammadyarov plans to visit Belgium, Great Britain and US this week.
Azerbaijani foreign minister will take part in the assessment discussions on Individual Partnership Program of NATO on 16 to 17 September. The discussions will be held in the format of 26+1 (NATO member states + Azerbaijan). Mammadyarov is also expected to meet with the NATO Secretary General, press service of Foreign Ministry said.
On 18 to 19 September, Mammadyarov will pay a working visit to London to meet with the UK Foreign Secretary David Miliband.
Later Azerbaijani Foreign Minister will leave for US to take part in the session of UN General Assembly on 20 to 29 September. The minister is expected to make a speech on the last day of the session.
