Georgia, Tbilisi, 15 September / Trend corr. N.Kirtskhalia/ The 58th session of the World Health Organization (WTO) WHO Regional Office for Europe commenced in Sheraton Metechi Palace in Tbilisi on 15 September. Officials from 54 European countries and WHO administration are participating in the session.
Health system improvement, chronic diseases, children diseases' social factors, healthy life-style will be discussed at the session.
Director of the WHO Regional Office for Europe Marc Danzon and Georgian Prime Minister Vladimir Gurgenidze opened the session.
Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili will receive WHO Director General Margaret Chan on 16 September.
