Azerbaijan, Baku, 15 September / Trend corr. S.Ismayilbayli /The Forum of National NGOs are working out a program to develop local NGOs.
"The public discussions will be held to work out the program soon," Rauf Zeyni, President of the Forum, told Trend .
The Forum of National NGOs was established in 1999. To 2008, it had been headed by Azay Guliyev. Since 2 July 2008, Rauf Zeyni became the head of the Forum. At present, about 490 NGOs are functioning within the Forum.
According to Zeyni, the program will be developed by early October. The discussions on the program will take lace in Shamkir, Mingachevir, Gabala, Shirvan and Guba regions. The proposals by local NGOs will also be voiced at the discussions.
