Afghanistan, Kabul, 19 September/ Trend , corr A. Hakimi/ Two Taliban commanders were killed as a result of the operations in town of Pasvand of Gur province of Afghanistan on 18 September, representatives of security services of province said.
Armament, hand made grenades and remote control mines were withdrawn as s result of the operation, said Abdurauf Ahmadi, spokesman for police department of Zun Sakhuy town in west of Afghanistan.
Gur is considered the most instable and dangerous province in Afghanistan. There were clashes between Talibs and security forces in this province recently. There has been a significant rise in the acts of terrorism by rebels in this province.
