On 26 September, Istanbul and Ankara will hold protest demonstrations dedicated to the 41st anniversary of the control of Jerusalem, the sacred place of Muslims, by Israel, Turkey's Timeturk news agency said.

The protest demonstrations will take place in the yard of the Fatih mosque in Istanbul and in front of the Israeli Embassy in Ankara. Solidarity with Palestinian people and the Hamas government will be manifested during the pickets.

Protest demonstrations dedicated to the Day of Quds ( Jerusalem) are annually held on the last Friday of Ramadan (sacred Muslim month).
