Azerbaijan, Baku, 15 October / Trend corr. N.Abdullayeva / Voters are passive at some Constituency Election Commissions of Baku on the Azerbaijani presidential elections day. The greatest passivity is observed at the first Khatai Constituency Elections Commission - 12.73%.
Activity of voters is 13.08% at the second Khatai Constituency Elections Commission by 12.00AM local time, 15.51% - at the Sabail Constituency Elections Commission, 16.37% - at the first Narimanov Constituency Elections Commission and 17.54% - at the second Narimanov Constituency Elections Commission, the Central Elections Commission (CEC) said.
Seven candidates take part in the elections, including Ilham Aliyev, chairman of ruling New Azerbaijan Party; Igbal Agazade, chairman of opposition Umid (Hope) Party; Fazil Gazanfaroglu, chairman of Great Establishment Party; Gudrat Hasanguliyev, chairman of Unified Popular Front Party; Hafiz Hajiyev, chairman of Muasir Musavat Party; Fuad Aliyev, chairman of Liberal Democrat Party and independent candidate Gulamhuseyn Alibayli
