Georgia, Tbilisi, 27 October / Trend corr. N.Kirtskhalia/ Georgian Foreign Minister sees nothing positive in Russia's position on settlement of conflicts in Georgia and its fulfilment of the Sarkozy-Medvedev agreement. She made the statement in the Tbilisi Airport on 27 October before leaving for Czechia.

"Russia's current behaviour has nothing positive," she said.

Minister believes the fact that "Russia does not comply by the end of its commitments" proves its non-constructiveness. "Moreover, Russia contributes to a situation of tension and aggravates it in the conflict zones," she said.

Minister Tkeshelashvili believes Russia's refusal to admit EU observers to the conflict zones is a "destructive approach" to the peace process. "If Russia does not admit the EU observers to the conflict areas, the threat of provocation from the country will exist," she said.
