The Azerbaijani President approved the State Program on Development of Justice in Azerbaijan in 2009-2013, AzerTag State News Agency reported.
Improving juridical system and continuing juridical-legal reforms in Azerbaijan necessitates to form justice and legal agencies at a level of the recent demand of the time, increase efficiency of fair courts, simplify citizens' appeal to courts and justice bodies, expand juridical infrastructure in regions, form new generation of lawyers and humanize penal-executive policy, the decree said.
The Cabinet of Ministers was commissioned to allocate necessary funds to develop draft public budget to implement the State Program which was approved to ensure dynamic development of justice and legal agencies, apply new information and communication technologies, improve normative-legal and logistics, strengthen staff potential and justice body employee's social protection.
