A blast on the Pakistani-Iranian border killed soldiers of the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps.
Jondullah claimed responsibility for the incident.
The number of victims has not been specified.
The Jondullah official Web site said the blast killed at least 9 soldiers.
The explosion took place in the Saravan region in southeastern Iran.
Iranian officials have not commented on the issue.
Reuters reported that at least four people were killed.
Jondullah is an insurgent Sunni Islamic organization based in southeastern Iran that claims to fight for the rights of Sunni Muslims in the country. Abdul Malik Rigi heads the organization.
Jondullah has organized blasts to kill military personnel and police officers. The organization reported that 19 servicemen who were captured half a year ago were killed in December 2008.
The Iranian government said Jondullah is a terrorist organization with headquarters in Pakistan.
