Azerbaijan, Baku Feb. 14 fevral / Trend corr. K.Zarbaliyeva / Serious law breaks were revealed, which were made by employees of prisons 1, 6, 10 of the Penal Service of the Ministry of Justice of Azerbaijan, Qobustan Prison, Treatment Institution, Nazim Alakbarov, Head of the Penal Service, said during the meeting of the Service on Feb. 14.
In 2008 13 employees of the Service were instituted to discipline responsibility for the law breaks made by them.
Alakbarov seriously criticized the activities of the heads of those institutions and said that the illegal turnover of narcotics, entrance of prohibited things increased in those institutions. According to him, the facts that the prisoners speak by mobile phone, use narcotics have been noted.
"The employees of investigation institution 2 allow the people under investigation to use mobile telephone," Alakbarov said.
Mais Alakbarov, head of punishment implementation inspection department of the Ministry of Justice, said that many law breaks were made in prison stations 3, 6, 11 and 14.
According to him, over the recent two months, 13 prisoners were allowed illegal meetings in prison 15. Alakbarov said that the sick prisoners are not hospitalized timely and this caused death of one prisoner.
Alakbarov required to take serious measures with regards to head of prison 15, Yusif Allahyarov, his deputies and department heads.
Over the recent two years, the crimes committed by prisoners shifted to section prisons have increased 7% to 64 facts.
