Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev received the delegation headed by Georgian Vice Speaker Pridon Todua, the Azertaj state information agency reported.
President Aliyev stressed the significance of the current visit for expansion of interparliamentary relations. Aliyev expressed a hope that this visit will be fruitful for further perspective cooperation between the parliaments of the two countries.
Todua remembered his meeting with Azerbaijani National Leader Heydar Aliyev and said that he was proud of this meeting. Todua voiced the importance of the interparliamentary relations and expressed certainty that this meeting would contribute to intensifying the cooperation.
