The Organization of Collective Security Treaty (OCST) would welcome interaction with Azerbaijan on security issues, OCST Secretary General Nikolay Borduja said.
"I would like Azerbaijan to join the OCST even if only on concrete problems," Borduja said in talks with journalists in Moscow.
Azerbaijani delegates participate in some OCST events, such as countering narco-trafficking.
"If the relevant Azerbaijani services participate in issues related to illegal migration, drugs and counterterrorism, then this will increase security within Azerbaijan," Borduja said.
