The EU Special Envoy to South Caucasus Peter Semneby considers the Georgian authorities must seriously listen to leaders of radical opposition, he stated before the flight from Tbilisi.
"Street actions are a good process for democracy. This is a legal form of expressing protest. There are some issues which can be taken into account," Semneby said.
The EU official once again urged the sides to negotiate, as a dialogue is the only way out from a political crisis."
Peter Semneby is going to return to Tbilisi in several days.
