On May 4, Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev attended the opening of the Heydar Aliyev Center in Surakhani district of Baku city, AzerTaj state news agency reported.
The Head of State got familiarized with the new building of Surakhani Executive Power and Center of Culture named after national leader Heydar Aliyev.
