The meeting in the Tirdzinisi village in the Tzkhinvali zone of the Georgian-Russian conflict which must take place s part of the Geneva agreement on mechanisms of incident prevention failed, the Georgian Interior Ministry reported.
"The meeting must take place in the Tirdzinisi village at 11:00 on May 7 as part of the Geneva agreement on mechanisms to prevent incidents. Despite efforts of the EU, OSCE and Georgia, the meeting has been broken by Russia and Ossetia," the ministry reported.
