An official presentation of the project creating informational background of Azerbaijani cinema and music was held in the London based Culture and Friendship Centre Azerbaijani Houses.
The project, initiated by the Public Union Azerbaijani-British school leavers through support of the Council on state support to NGOs under the Azerbaijani Presidential Administration, was implemented as the part of the project "Active Azerbaijanis in Britain", Azerbaijani Embassy in Great Britain reported to Trend .
The key objective of the project is to attach the Azerbaijani community to the national culture of Great Britain. A lot of DVD and national films and music were provided to the Azerbaijani House.
Azerbaijani Ambassador to Great Britain appreciated the project and expressed a hope that members of the Azerbaijani House will use the informational background. The Azerbaijani Government pays a significant attention to Azerbaijanis living abroad. The government will render necessary support for implementation of similar projects in the future, he added.
