Georgia, Tbilisi, June 15 / Trend , N.Kirtskhalia/

Union calls on the Georgian people and compatriots residing abroad to exercise the utmost activity before the meeting of the UN Security Council and to use all possible legal methods that national interests were not relegated to second place.

"The international community once again will see the unanimous attitude of the population to the issues of Abkhazia and South Ossetia. Most depends on the resolution that the UN should adopt, including territorial integrity of the country. Georgia's national interests must be taken into account," trade unions said.

The UN Security Council will consider extending the mandate of its mission in Georgia and take the appropriate resolution on Monday.
