On June 25, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev received Latvian Minister of Environment Raimonds Vējonis, AzerTaj news agency reported.
Stressing fruitfulness of the visit to Azerbaijan, Vējonis said that the Latvian and Azerbaijani governments inked a cooperation agreement on June 25.
"It is too important to expand cooperation between Azerbaijan and Latvia not only in the economic and political field, but also in another fields," Ilham Aliyev said.
