Regional policy of Minsk and Baku is similar and important not only for the two nations, but also on global scale, Belarus ambassador to Azerbaijan Nikolai Paskevic said.
"We draw analogies between Belarus and Azerbaijani leadership with great pleasure. It is very important for our peoples and I am confident that it is also crucial on global scale," the ambassador told reporters in a news conference.
The presidents of Belarus and Azerbaijan inaugurate a new social facility each week, he said.
Belarus implemented social programs and has a similar program on region as Azerbaijan, Paskevich said.
"Now we have many villages where people live like in a city," he said.
The Ambassador referred to the availability of programs on construction of 100 new businesses.
"We have started producing buses, which are purchased by Azerbaijan, as well as cars and trolley buses. We have new technologies in medicine," he said.
There is cooperation with the Azerbaijan Communications Ministry. In addition, business forum will be held soon, he said.
Paskevich also noted the growing cooperation between Azerbaijan and Belarus in the military sphere.
