Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia Ilia II last night left for Germany for treatment. He will undergo treatment at the leading clinic in Munich, the Patriarchy told Georgia.
The Head of the National Center of Urology Zaur Managadze told journalists that the patriarch does not have problems with his heart, but the treatment is a normal process.
The patriarch was seen off Germany by representatives of the Patriarchy and the congregation. He left for Germany for two weeks.
