The Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev received the delegation headed by Mayor of London Alderman Ian Luder on July 20, AzerTaj state information agency said.
Luder expressed Ilham Aliyev gratitude for hospitable reception. The guest informed President Aliyev about visits paid to different Azerbaijani state organizations.
The Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev reminded about fruitful meetings held during his trip to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland last week President Aliyev stressed significance of Luder's visit to familiarize with development processes in Azerbaijan and study of opportunities to more strengthen relations between Azerbaijan and Great Britain.
