Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree to provide additional support to strengthen logistics of Agroleasing Open Joint Stock Company (OJSC), AzerTaj news agency reported.
A total of 5 million manats was allocated from the president's reserve fund to continue the construction of branches of the OJSC to increase the authorized capital of the company, the decree said
Moreover, some two million manats was allocated from the president's reserve fund to store fertilizers and agricultural machinery, which are available to the Nakchivan Agroholdings OJSC.
The State Committee on Property and the Finance Ministry were commissioned to inject relevant amendments into the charter of the Agroleasing OJSC to increase the authorized capital within a month.
