Azeri deputy - an advocate of strengthening the struggle against violence against young

Member of the Parliament of Azerbaijan is in favor of strengthening the struggle against violence against children.

"In Azerbaijan is the biggest problem with domestic violence," - the deputy of Milli Majlis, chairman of the Republican Children's Organization Gyulyar Ahmedova said to Trend on Tuesday.

Members of the ruling Turkish Justice and Development deputies Ashkyn Asan and Alev Dedegil prepared a special project, which provides for more severe punishment against perpetrators of crimes against children. The MPs also suggested that using medicines to suspend the sexual function of perpetrators of sexual violence against minors.

According to the Turkish Penal Code, perpetrators of depraved acts against children are held criminally liable, or are applied penalty on in a certain amount.

If you will be taken into account the suggestions of women members of Turkish Parliament, then this kind of criminals would be given a choice after serving part of sentence. According to the MPs, criminals, or must agree to service the remainder of the punishment, or to agree to a suspension of sexual function.

According to Akhmedova, the use of such punishment in Azerbaijan against rastliteley minors is problematic. "I can not say how to use this kind of punishment from the standpoint of humanity. But I believe that in order to prevent such crimes, there should be special laws", - said the deputy of parliament of Azerbaijan.

Ahmedova is also against of demonstration erotic scenes on television before nine o'clock in the evening.

"These scenes definitely have a negative effect on the psyche of young children. Today, unfortunately, various daytime television broadcast movies with erotic scenes. Some people, in response to my claim, saying that those who watch such films, should see their positive aspects and not repeat the negative behavior in the life of the characters. In response, I want to say that the consciousness of young children are not so developed, and they can not distinguish the bad from the good. For this reason, and given the practice of the United States and European countries, in our country, these films must also be broadcast at a certain time ", - said deputy parliament.
