Next week the Gagra City Court will consider the case of the captain of the Turkish 'Buket' ship, as well as the ship's crew, among whom there are four Azerbaijanis, Press Secretary of the Azerbaijani Embassy in Georgia, Shovgi Mehdizade said.
"The case of the crew will be considered together with the captain's case who was taken into custody, or be threatened with imprisonment from 3 to 7 years," he said.
Mehdizade said the ship's crew also includes Tariel Nasirov (born in 1968), Asgar Asgarov (1977), Vusal Gamzaev (1985) and Akram Zamanov (1981) and they feel good. Perhaps, they will be fined.

The case on the 'Buket' ship will be examined at the Gagra court on Aug. 24, the court told Trend .
Officers of the Georgian Border Guard Police detained the 'Bouquet' ship sailing to Abkhazia from Turkey. The crew of the ship consists of 17 persons, of whom 13 were Turkish citizens, and 4 - Azerbaijanis.
The captain of the tanker is accused of multiple violations of the Georgian state border and the violation of the rules of navigation in the occupied territory. The Georgian Interior Ministry reported the ship transported the smuggled 2,000 tons of gasoline and 700 tons of diesel fuel.
