At present, he is at home. He promises to hold a press conference later.

Founders of "202" TV company, Shalva Ramishvili and David Kokhreidze, were arrested in August 2005. They were accused of blackmail to the amount of $100,000 from Georgian MP, Koba Bekauri. Ramishvili and Kokhreidze were detained on the basis of the video. Bekauri gave this video to law-enforcement agencies.

Early release was repeatedly offered to Ramishvili. He might have written a request to the president for pardon. But Ramishvili refused. He considers himself a personal prisoner of President Saakashvili.
