Two Georgian police officers have been wounded by shots from the Abkhazian side directed at the Georgian police outpost in the village of Ganmukhuri.
The outpost of the Georgian Interior Ministry in the Ganmukhuri village in the region of Zugdudi was fired on from Georgia's occupied territories, namely the village of Otobay in the Galski region.
According to the Georgian Interior Ministry, the fire started at approximately 01.00 and lasted for 10 minutes.
They fired with automatic rifles and rocket-propelled grenades, which resulted in two officers being wounded.
During the incident a police car was also damaged.
