In 2009, in different directions, Azerbaijan moved to the tactics of attack, particularly on the issue to resolve collisions in the legal introduction of the principles of territorial integrity and self-determination, and the flexible export policy pursued by Azerbaijan has created new opportunities for strengthening the country's leading role in the transport and energy transportation in the region, said Azerbaijan Foreign Ministry's report on results of last year.
