Georgia's Conservative Party Political and activists from the "Round Table - Free Georgia" association demanded today during a protest in Tbilisi the transfer of Tsotne Gamsakhurdia, son of Georgia's first president, to the prison hospital of Gldani prison.
Gamsakhurdia, accused of premeditated murder, has been on hunger strike for 27 days. His health condition is grave.
According to his mother, Manana Archvadze Gamsakhurdia, her son doesn't want to be transferred. She said that medical staff will provide him with necessary aid if necessary.
