Representative of the Council of Europe (CE) will visit Baku in connection with the Azerbaijani parliamentary elections, CE told Trend .
Jan.26-27, Secretary of the CCPE, Head of Justice. Division, Directorate general of Human Rights and Legal Affairs, Anna Capello-Brillat, will visit Azerbaijan to mull the pre-election action plan that will be developed on the Azerbaijani parliamentary elections and meet with Azerbaijani official.
During, the visit CE representative is expected to meet with Azerbaijani Central Election Commission Head Mazahir Panahov and other senior officials.
Azerbaijan is expected to hold the parliamentary elections in autumn 2010.
