Azerbaijan`s President meets Iranian counterpart in Istanbul

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today met here Iranian leader Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, AzerTAj state news agency reported.
They praised the relations between Azerbaijan and Iran, saying they were developing in various fields.
The presidents exchanged views over political, economic and energy cooperation.
They also expressed assurance in further development of friendly and brotherly relations between the two countries.
