A person, who has committed a murder in Baku, surrendered to the police.
A conflict arose between a 33-year-old Dashgin Rahimov and his fellow countryman and 32-year-old close friend Hasil Jafarov in the Cafe "Chirag", operating in the basement of the house number 20 on the street A. Neimatulla, Narimanov district June 17 at 10:00 p.m., a report said.
During the conflict Jafarov stabbed Rahimov in the chest and fled the scene.
Rahimov was taken to the ambulance, where he died from his injuries.
District prosecution office and police conducted an immediate inspection of the scene. Witnesses were interviewed.
The next day, Jafarov came to the district police office, surrendered and gave a pocket knife.
The criminal case was filed under article 120.1 (premeditated murder) of the Penal Code.
The investigation is underway.
