Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili has today visited the Alley of Honors to lay flowers at the tomb of Azerbaijan`s national leader Heydar Aliyev, the AzerTaj state news agency reported.
The minister also put flowers at the grave of prominent ophthalmologist, academician Zarifa Aliyeva.
Saakashvili also today visited here the Alley of Martyrs.
The Georgian leader put flowers at the tombs of Azerbaijan`s brave sons who died for the independence and sovereignty of the country.
Here, he also laid a wreath at the Eternal Fire monument.
