The center in the avenue named after the Azerbaijani National Leader Heydar Aliyev is a symbol of friendship between the two peoples and their common roots. President Aliyev also visited the Museum named after Heydar Aliyev and the Azerbaijani statehood.
President Ilham Aliyev met with the representatives of the Azerbaijani diaspora.
At the meeting it was noted that Uzbek diaspora in Azerbaijan and the Azerbaijani diaspora in Uzbekistan play an important role in promoting cooperation in the cultural and humanitarian sphere.
