Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has yesterday inspected the ongoing reconstruction and repair work at the Davudova Mingachevir State Drama Theatre, AzerTaj state news agency said.
The President first inspected land improvement work in the park located in front of the building.
The President viewed photos reflecting the previous and current state of the building.
The President was told the theatre's building was constructed in 1951.
The reconstruction work started in 2008 and will be completed in 2011.
The two-storey building covers a total area of 2,300 square meters. It has 32 rooms.
He gave relevant instructions and recommendations.
