Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhammedov expressed condolences to Russian President Dmitry Medvedev with human loss and devastation caused by flooding in the Krasnodar region, the Turkmen government said.
Turkmen President also expressed condolences to Chinese counterpart Hu Jintao with an explosion at a mine in Henan province, which resulted in human casualties and destruction.
The report said that the Turkmen President conveyed sincere condolences and support to families and friends of those killed and injured.
