Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has today inaugurated new houses built in the village of Yeni Novruzlu here for residents who were left homeless by Kur and Araz rivers flooding, the AzerTaj state news agency reported.
President Ilham Aliyev toured the facilities here and saw a layout of the settlement and materials used in the construction.
After familiarizing himself with the building of the Yeni Novruzlu village school, President llham Aliyev met with residents and congratulated them.
