Argentine's province of Santa Fe familiarized with Azerbaijan's realities.
Azerbaijan's Ambassador to Argentina Mammad Ahmadzade visited Santa Fe. During the visit, he met with governor of Santa Fe Hermes Juan Binner, mayor of Santa Fe Mario Domingo Barletta, mayor of Rosario Roberto Miguel Lifschitz. Ahmadzade provided information about the realities of our country, discussed the opportunities of economic, cultural and humanitarian cooperation with these cities and provinces, the Azerbaijani Foreign ministry reported.
A roundtable was organized with the participation of chairman of Santa Fe House of Parliamentarians and heads of the political parties. The sides exchanged views on Azerbaijan's realities, dynamic economic development, foreign policy priorities, cooperation with Argentina, including Santa Fe.
Azerbaijan's economy, opportunities of cooperation with Argentina in economy, business, investment and commerce were presented at the Santa Fe Board of Trade, Santa Fe Chamber of Foreign Trade, Santa Fe Industrial Union and Rosario Board of Trade.
He also held meetings with the professors of Santa Fe State Littoral University and Rosario University. There were also discussed opportunities for cooperation.
Santa Fe is one of the political, economic and social important provinces of the country. This province produces 27 percent of the country's GDP. Santa Fe is considered agricultural center of Argentina. Cereals are grown, agricultural machines produced in Santa Fe. Santa Fe, which has rich experience in agriculture, is having active international cooperation to share its experience with other countries. Rosario city of Santa Fe is one the leading economic and cultural centers of Argentina and the biggest port exporting soybean, corn, grain and other cereals.
