Georgian Prime Minister Nika Gilauri will discuss the tax ombudsman's candidacy with Parliamentary Speaker David Bakradze tomorrow.
Gilauri will visit parliament at 2:30 p.m. in connection with this issue.
Adviser to the Prime Minister Giorgi Pertaia's candidacy is being considered for the post of tax ombudsman. Gilauri discussed Pertaia's candidacy with representatives of business association on Jan. 26. All businessmen attending the meeting supported his nomination.
Introducing the tax ombudsman institution is envisaged by the new tax code.
