Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili will make his annual speech in parliament at 6:00 p.m. on Feb. 11, Georgian Parliamentary Speaker David Bakradze said.
"President Saakashvili will come to parliament on Feb. 11 and make an address to parliament and the public. Regarding the speech, a certain tradition has already formed this year," Bakradze said.
By the decision of the Parliamentary Bureau, Saakashvili has received an hour to deliver his report. Afterward, a debate will be held. The majority and the opposition have equal time to participate in the debates - 45 minutes.
Saakashvili will deliver his speech in parliament on the backdrop of protests in front of parliament, which will be held by opposition parties and refugees.
