Secretary of State - Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan Kanat Saudabayev has chaired a session of the Organizing Committee on preparation and holding of the anniversary meeting of the SCO Council of Heads of States in the capital of Kazakhstan on June 15. The meeting is dedicated to the 10th anniversary of establishment of the Organization, Kazinform reported.
As the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan informs, the results of Kazakhstan's presidency in the SCO were summed up at the session. The Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization and the anniversary Summit of the SCO will take place in Astana during the rest four months of the presidency term.
All involved state bodies were given instructions regarding the SCO Summit contents, ensuring security for all its participants and informational support upon the completion of the session.
