Chairman of the Azerbaijani Liberal Party Avaz Temirkhan has appointed Fayyaz Oruj as his adviser, the party said on Monday.
Oruj was born in Baku in 1974. He has a higher education. He enrolled in the Mingachevir Energy Institute in 1992 and graduated from the Faculty of Economy and Management of the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy in 1997, qualifying as an engineer and economist. Since 2002, he has been a member of the Azerbaijani Liberal Party. Oruj is the chairman of the party's Khatai district organization and a member of the party's political council.
