Azerbaijan is a democratic country and it would be naive to believe that everyone here thinks alike, Azerbaijani Deputy Parliamentary Speaker Bahar Muradova told journalists today. A rally is a form of expression by people with different views, she added.
"We see dissatisfied people in all countries, and maybe in Azerbaijan there are people who do not even know why they are dissatisfied. If they explain it, let them inform us," Muradova said.
She said a repeat of the recent events in the Middle East in Azerbaijan is impossible.
Some opposition parties have tried to hold unauthorized actions recently.
